How do I request work?
Just submit a request through our simple project management dashboard. We track everything and prioritize based on your plan level, so you always know where things stand.
What if I need more hours?
No problem! Extra hours are available at $125/hr when you need them, billed in 30-minute increments. We work around your schedule whenever possible.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month minimum to give us time to really understand your business and deliver great results. Most clients stay much longer once they see the impact.
How does billing work?
Simple monthly billing in advance with 14-day payment terms. No surprise charges, no complicated invoices. Rollover hours stay active for 30 days.
